I apologize for the length of your visit, however, due to the services we provided, it unfortunately required more time than we anticipated. The air bag inflator module replacement was scheduled for an hour and when you arrived you also requested the removal of a seized lug nut. Removal of a seized lug nut can be complicated by the amount of corrosion on the stud. This added a little over 30 minutes to the visit. The extra time actually saved money because we were able to remove the nut without damaging and replacing the stud. Thanks for your business.
