A1 Service call I brought my car in for a regular service call, which was of course handled efficiently and timely. I have been an Acura of Brookfield customer for 23 years now and I always appreciate how nice everyone is, and so accommodating, but on my last visit I felt like a rock star, or something! Gary Krier recognized me right away and instructed Adam to take very good care of me then John Vasos went out of his way to locate me in the waiting room and catch up. We had so much fun talking the time flew by and I almost didn't want to leave! I LOVE the people and service at Acura of Brookfield!! Rich Bravata just sold my daughter a car last month, and she loves it, too!! More

Not good Wrong oil in car. Synthetic oil should have been in computer. According to manufacture wrong pressure in tires. Scheduled for oil, blades & tire rotat Wrong oil in car. I had a breakdown and was able to get my vehicle right in. My car broke down on a Friday evening. I called just before closing and they advised my to have the car towed in the next day. I did and they took me in on Saturday and provided a loaner until completed. besides the need for a starter (the reason for the breakdown) they also proceeded to look other things over and found additional work to be done. The work was done completely and done early. I was contacted several times in between to make sure I was OK with the repairs. I was provided with several options and I was treated very courteously. Scheduling for service is super easy, just pull in the side door, which opens upon your arrival, pull in to the heated, tiled almost showroom like room, they great you at your car and thoroughly take the time to understand your needs and explain the services and costs up front. If you have something small, you can stop in anytime and they will do what they can to get you in and usually take care of the problem right away. Would recommend and will remain loyal. More
