Beyond helpful and accommodating I made an on-line appointment for scheduled service, based on the reminder that appeared on my dashboard. After doing so, I received a call reviewing the recommended repairs, etc. The Service representative stated that he would apply a coupon that was available on line (that I wasn't aware of) - which I greatly appreciated. In addition, I knew I would not be able to pick up my car when it was complete, as my husband was out of of town and didn't have a way to get there etc. I was offered transportation to and from the dealership. Even though the logistics wouldn't work, I greatly appreciated that it as an option. I received updates on the progress of my repairs and a call when they were completed. I picked up the car the following morning - and even had the delight of having the frost from my car windows scraped so it was ready to drive. I love this dealership. I have a 2009 Acura TL - it is by far the best car I have ever had. It has ONLY needed scheduled maintenance. You have the option of a new loaner, which is fun; everyone from the service staff to the cashiers, to the guys who retrieve your car for you are top notch and make you feel truly valued as a customer.
