I advised David of my visit and upon arrival we were pleasantly greeted and vehicle was cleaned ready for drive trial. Dealer pride showed in the way the used vehicles are cleaned. I have visited several dealerships that make a very poor attempt at cleaning their used vehicles, such as still having dog hair still in the carpets. I knew what vehicle I was looking for, and the options required, so the actual deal was pretty straight forward. Brian Chilson is very knowledgeable and the financial closing was handled in an expedient professional manner. Title processing was also expedient, where as I had the title processed from Wisconsin through Illinois in less than 2 weeks. My wife appreciated the flowers at delivery. As stated earlier, the used car prep is outstanding. In fact, prep so so detailed, we were able to take delivery the same day instead of the normal 3-4 days, which saved me a 3 hour round trip. More
