Awesome Experience; Minor Hiccups David Kaemmer was an awesome salesman and took me through everything needed to purchase my RDX. The only thing keeping this from a 5-star review was an unfortunate experience with the sales manager, Peter, yelling at me when I came in. Multiple people asked if I needed help and I said no. Upon realizing they actually COULD help me, I went to ask one of them a question and Peter stormed out, raised his voice, and essentially tried to belittle me in front of his staff. I am a teacher and it was "pajama day" at school so of course I was not dressed in "professional attire"--I am fairly certain I was treated this way due to the way I was dressed which makes it that much worse. It was a misunderstanding from both parties, but as a customer I was ready to walk out before the sale that David worked so hard for because of the MANAGER'S unprofessionalism. I would definitely buy a car from Acura of Brookfield again, however, just going to cross my fingers that I am treated better by management. David K. and the rest of the staff was amazing to work with, however, and I am beyond pleased to recommend him/them to anyone who needs a new or used Acura! More

oil change at Acura Brookfield I stopped at Acura on a Friday morning for an oil change. It was so impressive, I'll come back every Friday. No appointment needed, perfectly clean wa I stopped at Acura on a Friday morning for an oil change. It was so impressive, I'll come back every Friday. No appointment needed, perfectly clean waiting area, with great coffee, tea, snacks and a TV that worked. I was also provided a free 30 min massage, that was better than anything I've had at my local health club. When my car was done, it was washed and the interior cleaned. I would rec Acura to anyone!!!
