Absolutely painless purchase & process from start to finish! I was personally recommended to work with Keith Cohen by my old salesman, who just recently retired from AOB. Well, to make a long story short, Keith is an amazing salesman who shows great care and concern for his customers. He never once made me feel stupid for asking about all the silly questions and concerns I had. I have extremely bad OCD which makes my brain work much differently than most people, and i have to have many things done a very certain way. Keith did everything I asked, and he did it with a huge smile on his face. I worked with Brian Chilson during the finance process, and Brian made that portion of the sale effortless on my end. And as for the delivery of the vehicle, it came out absolutely beautiful, and Andy Bergan helped me set up all my vehicle features flawlessly. More

Always great in the past, no so this time Service dept failed to take the initiative to tell me that there was a recall, even though I asked a few weeks prior. Thus i had to leave the car overnight and drive back to get it the next day, approx. 35 miles each day. The dealership should have looked into this prior to my visit. Poor communication. Routine maintenance cost just under $400, seems excessive for a 2016 MDX, looks to me like a revenue builder. Loaner car was provided, but I was told to return it with the gas tank t the same level? Why, not my fault Acura had a recall! Service people were courteous and listened to my issues. More
