Repair on new car For some reason glove compartment latch failed and seemed to be related to cold weather. Never had this happen in over a half century of driving. Of course it worked fine when I brought the car into the dealership! However a replacement part was ordered just in case. It happened again and I was given my preferred time for service appointment and the work completed. The personnel were very attentive and helpful. More
