Quick, clean, efficient. I came into the dealership knowing what I wanted to test drive. With very little delay I was in an Acura RDX on a test-drive. Service Visit I have been going to Acura of Brookfield since 1991. They have been servicing both of my Acura owned vehicles and I purchased my last Acura from them too. They have excellent customer service and have always been very accommodating to me. I did not have an appointment scheduled for the service I had yesterday but they fit me in and I was in and out pretty quickly. The service agents have always taken good care of me and always thoroughly explain what is going on with my vehicle. When people ask me why I take my car to a dealer to be serviced, it is because I trust them with my vehicle and their customer service is outstanding. More

This dealer let me know every time such a vehicle became available. I ended up with the car I wanted at a good price and with a very fair trade in. The car was in fabulous shape when delivered. I have purchased seven Acura’s over the years from this dealer and I’ve always been very happy. Obviously, because I keep going back! I’ve also serviced my Acura’s at this dealer and I’ve always been very happy with their service and value. More
Not your traditional dealer! I began my search for a new (used) Acura in August of 2017. I knew one thing, that the only place to go was Acura of Brookfield. I found a great sal I began my search for a new (used) Acura in August of 2017. I knew one thing, that the only place to go was Acura of Brookfield. I found a great sales person, Erika Heimer, she was patient with my list of wants and “no ways”. She showed me several cars several times. I finally made a mistake and bought a used Infiniti. Fast forward 6 months. The Infiniti had some major mechanical problems (no fault of Acura of Brookfield or Erika’s). I was to the point where I wanted to light the car on fire. So I called Erika and explained. That very day, I stopped in to see her and she got me into a new Acura (I’ll never cheat on the Acura brand again) with mom minimal impact on my wallet! Not only that, but she hooked me up with some “extras” as well as replaced the cd that got jammed in the old cars radio! Most personable sales person I’ve ever run across. I feel like I’ve made a new friend. More
