Pleased beyond words I had purchased a used Acura from another dealer 10 years ago. I periodically took the car to this dealership for service but hadn't been back in abou I had purchased a used Acura from another dealer 10 years ago. I periodically took the car to this dealership for service but hadn't been back in about 5 years. I had an incident on the freeway the other day in which one tire left the rim as I was going along at 65 mph. Scary, nobody hurt. AAA came and put the spare on. I immediately went to Acura of Brookfield because I didn't want to mess around anymore. Adam treated me as if I was a regular customer and got me on my way home quickly. They gave me a new loaner to drive and promised to call me the next day with a quote on the damage. After discussing the known and potential issues with Dan, I decided to lease a new vehicle rather than keep putting money into an old car. Dan connected me to Keith, who was fantastic to work with! He answered all my questions and presented topics I hadn't thought of. Everyone I dealt with was professional, kind, supportive and knowledgeable. I found out with the lease that I no longer need to pay for AAA because Acura Link comes included with my vehicle for 4 years, yeah!...money saved there! The customer service at this dealership is absolutely outstanding. Keith and Andy encouraged me to call or stop by with any questions I have about my new RDX.
