Amazing Service Department Came in for an AC repair, found out I had leaking radiator and AC compressor. Both of which were replaced after an accident (just over a year ago) at a local auto body shop. Thankfully the body shop offered lifetime warranty on their work. Dave contacted body shop for me, took care of entire repair at no cost to me as body shop would be responsible which I felt was above and beyond. Easily could have charged me and told me to work with body shop to be reimbursed. I appreciate all the excellent service I have received at Acura of Brookfield and this was icing on the cake! More

I had purchased my TL fro From the moment I booked my service appointment to the day of my service work I was very impressed with Acura of Brookfield! I had purchased my TL from this dealership many years ago and have been using them for service ever since. Their staff has always been wonderful. First of all they really know their product and the repairs have been spot on. Some people always say a dealership is too expensive for follow up work. I disagree. They have Acura trained mechanics and most OEM parts are available through their own department. If the repair is going to take some time they provide a Free loaner vehicle so that you may continue with your day. The staff is so helpful and courteous, no added pressure to trade in my current vehicle and move into a new one. More

They were prompt and are always very courteous. I also like their complimentary conceirge service with free pickup and delivery with an available service vehicle. They really make Acura an even better choice. More
