After not hearing back, I called and was able to come in at the time I wanted. Would like to have borrowed a loaner car while waiting for service since there is much to do in the area and we're over an hour from home. Was told they were all out. Wait was pleasant however with news papers, TV, and plenty of snacks. Everything my RDX needed was well explained. As we were leaving the lot we noticed a row of loaner cars available. Wondering why they didn't want us to use one. More

Service Visit I own a 2008 RDX, which I bring into AoB, when major maintenance is required; anything which I'd prefer to be serviced with OE parts and fluids. Anything routine, I handle myself, or use a small local shop. However, I don't dread bringing my car to AoB. They have always taken such meticulous care of me, and my vehicle. Everything is done right the first time, and affordably so. They are Wisconsin's only family-owned luxury dealership, and it shows. It's wonderful having a diamond in the rough, in an otherwise ruthless industry. More
