I took my car in to fix my transmission. The job was supposed to take two days so the dealership gave me a beautiful loaner car. However, the car was fixed the same day. Jonathan called me the following day to check how the car was driving and if I was satisfied with service. My only complaint was I didn’t get to drive the fully loaded RDX they gave me as a loaner. Very helpful and clear explaining process and possible outcomes. Was very pleasantly surprised to hear that the infotainment repair was covered by Acura as part of a broader issue and the connnectors were outcomes.
