He prevented many a mini heart attacks, researching any warranty or recall issues for me, analyzing what lots my car could get away with on little and what small measures taken would fixup wonders. And for all day jobs, no need to ask for a free loaner bc it's READY SET. I've been going to Acura of Boston for almost 4 years bc of Jonathan. He even "sold" me on my TSX purchase in Nov 2013 and he's not even in sales! When he's off, I've also had pleasant experiences with his colleagues Bob and Jonathan.
