Overall, very positive experience I purchased a used 2019 RDX in late December. I worked with Ed in sales who was very knowledgable and helpful. By the time I went to the dealership, I I purchased a used 2019 RDX in late December. I worked with Ed in sales who was very knowledgable and helpful. By the time I went to the dealership, I had already done my research and was ready to purchase, so I was probably a pretty easy sale! The process was simple and Ed followed up appropriately for all steps. He even came to my office to have me sign a last minute fix on one of the forms. The biggest negative was that my registration took over 8 days to get completed (the grace period for RMV for a new car is 7 days). This was frustrating as I wanted to get this squared away during my time off, and of course, I wanted to avoid any issues if I happened to be pulled over. I did also have an issue with the brakes squeaking, but that was handled promptly by Jonathan Z in service. Overall the staff does seem committed to customer satisfaction and I am pleased with my experience. More
