Great people make up great businesses and Jonathan Cung in service trailblazes with personality and realism infused with technical know how. He prevented many a mini heart attacks, researching any warranty or recall issues for me, analyzing what lots my car could get away with on little and what small measures taken would fixup wonders. And for all day jobs, no need to ask for a free loaner bc it's READY SET. I've been going to Acura of Boston for almost 4 years bc of Jonathan. He even "sold" me on my TSX purchase in Nov 2013 and he's not even in sales! When he's off, I've also had pleasant experiences with his colleagues Bob and Jonathan. Props to this team, good people are rare and they mostly work in Acura Boston. More
