Professional courteous top notch Went in to look at used SUVs, went home with a used Audi that had just come in. Happy with our purchase. Great buying experience I purchased a 2016 Acura RDX Technology Package with the Acura Watch in October. I haven't owned an Acura before and I haven't purchased a vehicle in I purchased a 2016 Acura RDX Technology Package with the Acura Watch in October. I haven't owned an Acura before and I haven't purchased a vehicle in the past 10 years so I was a little nervous and didn't know what to expect. I went to Acura of Boston because of good reviews and I worked with Steve Santos. He was very knowledgeable when explaining the features of the car and he was very friendly to work with. The managers were all great and Kevin made me feel comfortable that I was making the right choice. I'm very happy driving my new Acura and I'm sure I'll have it a long time thanks to Gustavo's help in the finance office. He took care of my finance needs and I didn't feel pressured while I was working with him. Thanks to everyone for a great buying experience and if your looking to purchase an Acura I would highly recommend Acura of Boston and make sure to ask for Steve. More
Best car buying experience EVER! Thank you Ed! I was looking at the new TLX at this dealer and the other one in Auburn. I was looking for a black on black. Auburn did not want to locate one for me I was looking at the new TLX at this dealer and the other one in Auburn. I was looking for a black on black. Auburn did not want to locate one for me and one call to Acura of Boston got the ball rolling. I arrived and met a few of the guys there: a couple of other sales people: Billy and Randall who pointed me in the right direction of my salesperson: Ed Mertins. What an awesome experience here. They all made it so easy for me to pick up my dream car. sales manager - (I believe his name was Mohammed) and the business manager - John also helped a ton to make this deal happen for me. I have been driving the car for about a month now and I love it. I'm glad I got the 4-cylinder version. The dual clutch transmission Ed was telling me about is super smooth. also, thank you Ed for helping me set up the bluetooth on my phone too. Also, two of the technicians actually came out and asked me if I had any questions on my new car! WHO DOES THAT?! I'll tell you: Boston Acura! Danny Chew and Willie Moy are the techs that came out to make sure I understood the vehicle and offered their help if I ever needed service from them. They advised me to come in for my first oil change on time, I know it's simple, but life happens and an oil change is not on the forefront of my mind. thanks for the reminder Danny! Everything went great! This is my first lease which I had no intention of doing. Randall was very helpful in my choice of vehicle and pricing and with the decision to lease This is my first lease which I had no intention of doing. Randall was very helpful in my choice of vehicle and pricing and with the decision to lease vs buy and knowledge of the vehicle. He is a great asset to your organization. I did have a problem with the receptionist when I needed to contact Randall regarding delivery of my car the next day after speaking with him she told me he was not in the office which I knew he was (again i had just spoken with him) then she transferred me to his vm. She is not a very nice person and if she is unhappy at her job should consider retiring as she doesn't do it very well. This is not fair to customers trying to get in touch with their sales person when it's very important, which in my case it was. More
