I have been a customer of Bernardi Acura of Boston for more than 11 years they have taken care of me from the time I bought my brand new Acura MDX until I traded it in and bought another MDX from Jay. I work in a very high pressure consulting business where I need to be either on conference calls or on an airplane or traveling or just plain running around taking care of my clients. This dealership understands my needs to a degree that's incredible, they have wonderful facilities, they care very deeply about their customers, and they take care of me in so many ways that I will forever remain loyal to them. I would never go anywhere else. I know when they fix my car it's going to be perfect. I drive it, I have wear and tear and they just take care of me and they support me in every way possible, When it came time to buy my new MDX Jay was there for me and he even went so far as to drive to my house to deliver my registration. I've never seen anything like this, I would never do business with anyone else, they will be by dealership forever. Of course these cars are expensive and of course they require attention, but like anything else in life that's good, this is the company you want to work with to make sure that you're really taken care of.
