Hi decided I needed a new car so I choose me options between Acura / Audi / or back to Infiniti. So. I came to Acura first, met Korab sales rep. Service very professional and courteous. They took my car at the appointment time and delivered it back, totally washed and vacuumed. Overall, very positive experience I purchased a used 2019 RDX in late December. I worked with Ed in sales who was very knowledgable and helpful. By the time I went to the dealership, I I purchased a used 2019 RDX in late December. I worked with Ed in sales who was very knowledgable and helpful. By the time I went to the dealership, I had already done my research and was ready to purchase, so I was probably a pretty easy sale! The process was simple and Ed followed up appropriately for all steps. He even came to my office to have me sign a last minute fix on one of the forms. The biggest negative was that my registration took over 8 days to get completed (the grace period for RMV for a new car is 7 days). This was frustrating as I wanted to get this squared away during my time off, and of course, I wanted to avoid any issues if I happened to be pulled over. I did also have an issue with the brakes squeaking, but that was handled promptly by Jonathan Z in service. Overall the staff does seem committed to customer satisfaction and I am pleased with my experience. More
