One of the easiest and most stress free car buying experiences I've ever had! Ed Martens was the salesman that I dealt with and he was so laid back but very professional....put me at ease from the mo experiences I've ever had! Ed Martens was the salesman that I dealt with and he was so laid back but very professional....put me at ease from the moment I walked in. I went in with intentions on buying either a used 2018 RDX, 2020 RDX or a used 2019 Audi Q5. I drove all three vehicles and decided on the Audi! Coming from a BMW X3, it was a natural fit for me. While on the test drives, they valued my car and came back with a very fair trade in value. We sat and quickly wrote up the offer. Simple and easy as that!! This is where Ed and his team really stood out and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy and satisfied.... On the day I went in to pick up the car and sign the final papers, someone had dinged my new car in the parking lot. I hadn't even sat in it yet!!! Without skipping a beat, Ed went right into his used car manager and explained to him what happened. The manager came out and reassured us not worry about a thing, he would have the ding taken out and soon as possible. About a week later, I went back to the dealership and within 10 minutes, the ding repair guy had it completely fixed! Couldn't even tell that a ding was there at all. That made me one happy customer! I'll definitely be going back to Ed and Acura of Boston when it's time for my wife to get a new vehicle!!! More
