Rich Bird helped me once again with repairs to my MDX. Rich Bird was my service rep. He has helped me on a few occassions. He is incredibly helpful and really friendly, far friendlier than one of the guys Rich Bird was my service rep. He has helped me on a few occassions. Service Consultant, Keith Davis is my family's go to for I've been going to Acura in Berlin for over 12 years and have always had excellent service. Service Consultant, Keith Davis is my family's go to for our service needs. We own 4 Acuras so we visit them often. My car battery died and Keith immediately had me to come in to get it replaced. We can always rely on Acura for all our service needs. Everyone there is exceptional and they make us feel important each and every time. Perry, the Service Manager is also great to work with. Tony Braglia, General Manager came over to me to introduce himself because he knew how often we visit and much business we do with them. Great team - friendly, welcoming, and very responsive!
