Great fast experience. The telephone call to schedule the service was exceptional. The person on the phone was able to pull up my I formation and knew what to scheudle me for. Rich Bird helped me once again with repairs to my MDX. Rich Bird was my service rep. He has helped me on a few occassions. He is incredibly helpful and really friendly, far friendlier than one of the guys Rich Bird was my service rep. He has helped me on a few occassions. He is incredibly helpful and really friendly, far friendlier than one of the guys who "greets" you when you pull your car into the service bay. I didnt deal with, nor did I see that individual on this occasion, but thank goodness for Rich because the other guy makes you never want to come back. Give Rich a raise! More
