I have written this review to convey my great satisfaction with the outstanding level of service consistently received from the Acura of Berlin(AOB) Service Department. I have been a client for satisfaction with the outstanding level of service consistently received from the Acura of Berlin(AOB) Service Department. I have been a client for more than ten years. In this review I would like to highlight the efforts of Service Advisor Keith Davis as well as Service Associate Ellen. Ellen was helpful and personable in arranging my appointment for an air conditioning service for my MDX. When I arrived (7/12/23) Service Advisor Keith Davis handled all the arrangements. The service was relatively quick and Advisor Davis took time with me to explain what was done after the service. When at check out with final processing by Service Associate Matthew, Ellen took the time during her break to stop by and say hi to me as well as see if I was okay with everything. I know she didn’t have to do that but I really appreciated the concern. I appreciate the efforts of Keith and Ellen to keep me informed and address any questions I had. It is always an honor to work with them but I couldn’t help but notice while waiting that the entire AOB staff has a positive energy about them which is a reflection of the leadership provided to the organization by an effective management team. More
