I had an incredibly disappointing experience with a Acura Of Bedford Hills New York !!!! where I purchased a 2024 Acura MDX. The service I received was the worst I've ever encountered. My salesman, Jessi Of Bedford Hills New York !!!! where I purchased a 2024 Acura MDX. The service I received was the worst I've ever encountered. My salesman, Jessie, had poor communication skills and lacked any sense of customer service. The finance manager, Debbie, seems to be the only person capable of closing deals, and her performance was far from satisfactory, And when she’s sick no one else can close a deal. At least that was my experience. As for the General Manager, Greg Ward, I can't understand how he maintains his position given the state of service at the dealership. I do t know how there even meeting monthly sales goals !! It starts at the top so if the top is giving horrible service then his team is going to do the same. And this was truly my experience!!! worst General manager ever!!!!!! Additionally, Joe, who was responsible for registering my car, was unhelpful and left me feeling frustrated. I have a new car in my yard that has not even been registered yet. It’s been a whole week and that will not take my calls after I have purchased my vehicle. When all I’m trying to find out when will my car be registered so I can get my tag. I can’t get no one on the phone at all they hang up on me. Now is that instant I’m out of state🥲🥲🥲 My car was delivered on Friday, January 3, 2025, with no gas and trash left inside. It's currently sitting in my yard without a tags. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out, my calls have gone unanswered. I believe the responsibility lies with the General Manager, as he should have ensured better service from his team. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and is a reflection of poor management from the top down. There was one gentleman name John he would try to help me. I could tell he has been in sales and has had a lot of experience. Mr John needs to be the general manager he’s the only one there with class and was concerned and helpful. I wanted to give this dealership zero stars but the program made me give it one to move forward with this review. I had a terrible experience with this dealership and I highly recommend that you do NOT program made me give it one to move forward with this review. I had a terrible experience with this dealership and I highly recommend that you do NOT do business with them. The manager, AMANDA VELAZQUEZ is dishonest and manipulative. I contacted the dealership for a 2024 MdX and asked if they would price match another dealer. I was told by the BDC employee (Gisselle Rivera) that she spoke to the manager and it was approved. The manager (Amanda) sent me a link to the 2024 MdX that I wanted and had me fill out some information. When she came back to me, she no longer honored the price I was told. She lied and said she thought I wanted a 2023 which was never discussed and if she did actually think that, she would have sent me the link to a 2023 MDX (which she did not). When I called her out on her lie, she quickly lowered the price a few hundred dollars. I would rather pay more money and give my business to an honest dealership. Please be very cautious if you deal with Bedford Acura. They have made my car buying experience negative and stressful where I’m thinking about keeping my old car at this point. More

I’m Willing to pay for in stock MDX 2022 MSRP sticker price plus tax and fees but the manager wants $10,000 on top of MSRP and his reason due to high demand and low supply.
