I was quoted the following from Heather: "With the financing incentive, I can offer you an out the door price of $34,992.45" When I told Heather I was not planning to finance she changed her price to the following: "TSX is only running that type of financing incentive. The financing incentive is $1250, so not taking it would increase the sale price by that amount. So that would change your bottom line to $36,406" These were quoted to me after asking if she could beat Walker Acura 's quote of $34,580. In order to get the lower price I decided to finance part of the $34,992. This past Saturday 3 of my friends & I went to Acura of B.R. intending to purchase the Tsx Acura. One of my friends had recently purchased her 2 nd Acura there and another friend was thinking about purchasing one. When we were approached by a salesmen I asked for Heather. After introducing herself and offering us drinks she sat 2 of us at a desk and disappeared without an explanation for 15 minutes. After feeling abandoned we drove to Metairie and purchased my car at Walker Acura with David Ovalle. The total price including tax lic Was $34,471. I highly recommend Walker Acura. More
Bo was wonderful! My husband and I had been to several places in search of the "right" car for him. Bo could not have been better. This was my first purchase of a vehicle out of state. It went great! Bo answered every question I had and described the car exactly how it was. I live 2 1/2 hours away and when we got the dealership, we were greated and met with Bo. He showed us the car and we went for a test drive. My wife loved it and mainly because it was the exact vehicle we were looking for. Bo has great to deal with, not pushy and very helpful, even after the sell. With it being out of state, it was a learning experience for me getting the vehicle registered in my state. I would highly recommend contacting Bo if there is a vehicle there you are interested in. More

I bought a certified pre-owned Acura ZDX with the help of Katherine Stewart at Acura of Baton Rouge. She was cheerful, helpful, and very responsive to questions. She was helpful over the phone, by email, and in person. On one day, I asked her many separate questions by email, and she kept responding, even up until around 10 pm. The car itself had very low mileage (around 5,000) and came with a warranty up to 100,000 on powertrain. I extended this to up to 100,000 bumper to bumper based on a reasonable price recommended by finance person P.J. Tarvernit. P.J. was also pleasant to deal with, and pushed my daughter (who was playing spinning on chairs all the time there) so that she could have a ride on a chair from one part of the dealership to another. Katherine was helpful in answering all questions, and helpful in explaining the increasingly complicated electronics in cars these days. She set up the bluetooth on my phone, and synced my phone contacts list with the car. In short, I think they gave me a good deal and were (considering I had not met any of them before this) amazingly wonderful to deal with and they clearly have a "customer is always first" attitude. I have not yet had a service issue with Acura of Baton Rouge but I hope their service department is as nice to deal with as their sales department. More
I had a great experience purchasing my Acura. The salesman was extra patient as I made my decision between different vehicles. He answered all of my questions and took the time to make sure the car that I choose was indeed the car that I needed, pressure free. I appreciated his honesty and he earned my trust. The dealership was equally great to work with and everyone was courteous, friendly and wanted to make sure I felt at home. Normal routine service has been great too. They are quick, efficient, friendly and keep you up-to-date on everything. You can tell this dealership cares about their customers and goes beyond what's expected to have those customers coming back. I was impressed. More
Bo Stevens was very helpful. Worked with me every step of the way. I had gotten preapproved but denied due to proof of some financial papers of a company I own.
