Pleasurable Purchase My first contact with Mr. Williams was while I was at the Kenner, LA Acura Dealership at which time I thought I was going to by a New Acura MDX of whi My first contact with Mr. Williams was while I was at the Kenner, LA Acura Dealership at which time I thought I was going to by a New Acura MDX of which was communicated with the sales person the previous evening. Low and behold, they were selling my Acura when I pulled up. I called the nearest Acura dealership in search of a Black Loaded MDX and Ricky was extremely instrumental in providing all the facts by phone and assured me the SUV would be there when I arrived the following day. Ricky stayed in touch with me during the 24hr period and basically sold the phone via phone. Upon arrival Ricky immediately introduced himself and proceeded in making the sale final. I was impressed by his knowledge and presentation about the MDX almost like he owned one. Ricky is very clever, well versed in Acura Automobiles, pragmatic, and relevant. I perceived Ricky as an energetic, goal oriented, visionary, positive, and open minded person with extreme selling skills. Ricky has a robust knowledge in New Car Sales, superb practical skills, and appeared to be a good team player. I believe any dealership and/or organization will be pleased working with him. More

I had been looking for a very specific model car (an Acura TL Type S). After running across the vehicle on the internet, I called Acura of Baton Rouge and spoke with and eventually came in to meet with Acura TL Type S). He was very straight forward, very no-hassle, soft spoken, and laid back, yet professional, throughout the negotiation of the car. Mr Amoroso went out of his way to answer my questions and get me needed information and to work with my particular lender. The previous owner of the vehicle was the dealership owners' cousin and Mr Amoroso further went out of his way by obtaining all receipts for service performed at the dealership. I have always believed in asking what make car the salesman personally drives and Mr Amoroso's answer was an Acura as well. Therefore, Mr Amoroso was very knowledgeable about the car in general and believes in what he is selling. I found working with Mr Amoroso an absolute pleasure and will return to him and Acura of BR without hesitation as well as recommend people to see him. More

He was the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with. During our test drive, he was very patient and polite in letting both my wife and I ask questions. When we returned to the dealership, he made a point of further researching any additional questions we had.
