Called to talk with manager Nikki she claim that we were informed about low pressure in tires,? If yall are checking our tires why would the pressure be low after your 10 point oil change which includes the tire check? She replied,maybe we did the inspection first...Really!!Vikki!! I replied have a good weekend. U jus lost 2 loyal customers..Super pissed!! More

My 2016 RDX Recently (2 days ago) I purchased my 2016 Acura RDX. This is my 3rd Acura and together with my husband, our 6th. Even though it seemed like it took an Recently (2 days ago) I purchased my 2016 Acura RDX. This is my 3rd Acura and together with my husband, our 6th. Even though it seemed like it took an eternity to come in through no fault of anyone but mother nature, my vehicle was very much worth the wait. I love it and am sure it is the most beautiful vehicle I have ever owned. I got to know Erin Elizabeth Wereskla really well while waiting for my new car. She kept me informed on it's progress along the way by texts and phone calls. Couldn't have asked for anyone more sweet, knowledgeable, professional, and kind to make this whole process easier and made the time go by fast. Now that my car is here all I can say is I'll miss talking to her on such a regular basis. Thanks Erin, words cannot ever describe how much you are appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised to have Kim Guedry back on board as our finance manager. Kim sold us our 2007 MDX 8 yrs ago and we loved her then. We had a lot to catch up on and it was a pleasure working with her again. Thanks Kim! Welcome back!! Loved seeing your face. I also look forward to making my scheduled maintenance appointments as I have done with all my vehicles mainly due to Ms. Francie in the service dept. She too, is a a pleasure to work with and always there for anything needed making sure to offer us beverages or snacks and going out of her way to make us comfortable. We love our Ms Francie. The rest of the service dept are top notch friendly and professional. I know I've dealt with Bill, April, and Taylor before but I wish I can remember all their names but they escape me now. I had dental surgery earlier and am still "loopy" from the anesthesia. In closing, when my husband and I started talking about the purchase of our new vehicle, there was never any doubt what I'd get or where I'd get it from. I "toyed" with the idea of a Corvette, but I knew it wouldn't be a wise choice because of my love for the MDX's and RDX's and they fit my needs better. The complimentary food truck and CC's coffee truck was was just the icing on the cake to show how much Acura appreciates it's customers. I love Latte's even on very hot day! Acura of Baton Rouge will always have my heart as well as my business and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking into buying a new car because of the care and concern from Acura itself and their fine, outstanding employees. I did not use my Navigation when I first got my MDX but when I did It was not set up so I drove to Acura of BR without an appt. to figure out why it was not working and Jerry & Brain T took care of it ASAP! Brian T. really knows his Acura's! A hugh thank you to both of them! Today I went to have my vehicle serviced for the first time since I purchased my MDX. April B met me when I drove up and very nice and quick to get me signed in to Kristin Corroa in Service she was helpful, nice, prompt and knew her job. I did not get the name of the guy who service my vehicle, but he was very nice & helpful when I spoke to him about a question I had! I am very satisfied with Acura of Baton Rouge. More
