Tai answered all of my questions, showed me all of the available features and worked with me to get the price I felt most comfortable with! The process for me was very smooth and very relaxing. I felt comfortable telling him what I wanted and what my concerns were. He explained the different options to me in a way that I can understand. At no point in our conversation did I feel like he was not being truthful or trying to just make a sale. I walked away feeling very confident that I made the right decision.
