I really appreciated Elizabeth taking the time to communicate with me on a regular basis in my preferred manner of communication regarding what I was looking for. I was able to explain to her what I wanted and what I was looking for and she put all the effort in with minimal necessary involvement from me, to be able to present me with my options. She was able to get the car up from one of the other dealerships quickly and took me on a test drive and explained everything I needed to know about the car to help me get a great idea of what I was getting and to make my informed decision about the purchase. Out first day out looking at Acura's to purchase turned out to be our only day out! I had expected to purchase a car after the new year, however Aaron's friendliness and willingness without being overly p out to be our only day out! I had expected to purchase a car after the new year, however Aaron's friendliness and willingness without being overly pushy or "salesy" sold us! We left that same day with a new 2012 tsx! There was very little negotiating, just a couple back and forth. They came back with a very fair price and no non-sense for the car, as well as a fair price for our trade in. Nissa was friendly and fast, could be a little quick for some people who are worried about signing and reading all of those documents, but she knows what she is doing and there are alot of documents to move through! We are a little over an hour from this dealership, but I am going to try my hardest to bring the car back for all services. And know that in the future we will definaatly be purchasing our next Acura from here. In the midst of trying to get us to go through the with the purchase Aaron did say he would be sure that we got the all weather floor mats with the car!! Not intentional...but, I think that promise got lost along the way. The dealership closed at 6:00 and as Aaron was showing us a few things about the car before we drove off at 6:30, we did mention the mat's to him and he said he would get them for us, so hopefully that will happen and we will pick them up this week! Overall, extremely and surprisingl happy with our experience with everyone involved. More

Ron, Mike and NIssa were all wonderful to work with. I got an unexpected phone call asking if I would like to return my lease 9 months early and get a brand new MDX for the same price.
