I am a very disappointed customer of Acura Of Avon located on 75 Albany Turnpike in Avon. I purchased a Land Rover on August 12, 2011. Ever since I purchased the vehicle I have been having of non-stop located on 75 Albany Turnpike in Avon. I purchased a Land Rover on August 12, 2011. Ever since I purchased the vehicle I have been having of non-stop problems with the Vehicle. Everything was falling apart. For a whole year and a half I spent more time in the courtesy vehicle that my own Truck that I was making payments for. There were times when a Month would go by and I still wouldn't get my vehicle back. I tried to exercise patience and not complain but that was taken for granted. I had everything from a leaking sunroof, Transmission, Hydraulics, leaking windshield, problems with front and rear differential, bad compressor, etc. There are three lights showing up on my dashboard.. transmission fault, brakes fault and hydraulic fault. After bring it to the managers attention, he then tells me that my warranty has expired and there's nothing they can do. Mind you, this problem as been a recurring problem that was supposedly fixed. So now i'm stuck with a Land Rover that I can't drive because of the above issues. I have all the paperwork to prove everything that I stated. Is this fare??? Is this right?? I went to Acura of Avon because I thought they were the best, I was so wrong. I'm still trying to find a way to resolve the situation. This could very well happen to you!!!? More

By the way, I returned to this dealership because of the way Betsy treated me in service when I fist moved to the area as I had leased my first Acura in 2011 from a dealer in PA. I was not expecting to purchase an Acura, and this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Our sales consultant "Aaron Tinnell" was incredibly knowledgeable and want to find us the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Our sales consultant "Aaron Tinnell" was incredibly knowledgeable and want to find us the car that was best for us...not best for them. "Ron DaSilva", the sales manager was very supporting and worked hard to make the deal happen, and the business manager "Nissa Johnson" was great at making sure we selected the financing and additional products we needed...and steering us away from what we didn't need. Liz Ferrari was a pleasure to work with in puchasing my first brand-new car in 15 years, a 2013 RDX. I am a loyal Acura driver because of their service department. Throughout the past 10 or so years I have always been welcomed by name and treated with kindness. My cars have been serviced with the ski department. Throughout the past 10 or so years I have always been welcomed by name and treated with kindness. My cars have been serviced with the skill and care one would expect from an Acura team without the outrageous prices. I have had some interaction with the sales team (Elizabeth) and they have been helpful - but must give kudos to Betsy and Tim in service. Simply the best! More

I informed Greg I wanted a 2010 TSX Tech. At the time there were none in there inventory and since I was buying used he went out and found me one. We went in looking for a 2010 Acura TL and ended up getting 2 cars, includ the service, and their willingness to work with you is simply exceptional. We went in looking for a 2010 Acura TL and ended up getting 2 cars, including a 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Both negotiations were just no-hassle, fair, and quick. Was interested in purchasing a new MDX, received a good price on the internet, was immediately contacted by Elizabeth Ferrari on Saturday, called her Monday morning, told her I was very interested in the d price on the internet, was immediately contacted by Elizabeth Ferrari on Saturday, called her Monday morning, told her I was very interested in the deal we had discussed, wanted to take possession on Monday, got to the dealership at 11:30am, had everything explained to me, had some additions performed on the car and was driving away by 3:00pm. Elizabeth was very friendly and helpful as was Nissa Johnson. A very positive experience all around. More
