My quest for a pre-owned Honda started and ended in one day, much to my surprise. I went to Acura of Avon based on the superb service given to my daughter who has purchased 2 Acuras there. I worked with Aaron, who was very professional, pleasant, polite, and helpful. There was no pressure to "upgrade" to any other car other than what I wanted, which I appreciated. Before I knew it, all the paperwork was done, I was cleaning out my car which they took as a trade-in, he contacted my insurance company and had a binder and new insurance card faxed over, registration all set, etc etc etc. He explained several of the features of the car which I was not familiar wtih, set up my Bluetooth for me, etc. I couldn't believe I went home that afternoon with my new car! I was dreading the whole process, but it turned out to be an extremely pleasant experience!! It could not have been any easier! I would highly recommend dealing with Acura of Avon, and Aaron was a pleasure to work with. More

Going to "test drive" an MDX, I ended up leasing a new 2013 a week later. Aaron was very helpful and informative on the test drive. After a lengthy search for a new awd drive SUV we decided to add the RDX to our list. This car impressed us imeediately with it's features, smooth and fast ride and interior legroom (with a rear facing car to add the RDX to our list.
