Wen I went to drop off my car for a recall Geralyn or how ever you spell her name was no help they didn’t accommodate me what’s so ever..after I booked my appointment with them for a loaner I was told no we ever you spell her name was no help they didn’t accommodate me what’s so ever..after I booked my appointment with them for a loaner I was told no we only have u down for drop off not a loaner mind you I made sure to verify about 2x if I was alset before hanging up that call while booking that appointment so I was rescheduled and sent away after driven an hour there and back! Ever since I purchased my vehicle and drove off from that lot,there service suck i understand mistake happen but wen it’s all the time and they seem not to care to help Or accommodate it’s very rude and unprofessional I can continue with the problems with them but ima just leave it with there service is terrible More

Terrible customer service! Just went in to get a code for the radio because the battery (number 4 btw) they just replaced failed completely knocking out all the presets and requiring a code to access. After I complained they finally gave me the code, with not one word of apology for the failed battery or how I was treated. More

The whole process of getting a new vehicle from Don and Ken was a memorable event. I will be back again In the future to purchase another vehicle. Standard service with tire rotation Drove 20+ miles and right front tire almost fell off. Whole front end started to shake wildly. Stopped and found all lug nuts on front right wheel loo Drove 20+ miles and right front tire almost fell off. Whole front end started to shake wildly. Stopped and found all lug nuts on front right wheel loose. In 2016 had brakes done and rear caliper came off and was dragging on rim. This is our third Acura but will not go back to Acura of Auburn. A++ experience I'm going to recommend Acura of Auburn to all my Acura owning friends from now on! I own two Acura TL's, 2003 and 2005, and in both instances neede I'm going to recommend Acura of Auburn to all my Acura owning friends from now on! I own two Acura TL's, 2003 and 2005, and in both instances needed parts rapidly. Henry and Stacey in the parts department were both awesome and made the experience great. The first time I needed a replacement heater fan harness for my 2003, Henry got me the right part and gave me a great price as well. I had my girlfriend pickup the part for me and he even went above and beyond and gave us a printout with the official instructions on how to do the repair. The second time I needed a new rear underbody spoiler for my 2005, Henry gave me a stellar price and even guaranteed I could pick it up the next morning. I placed the order at 4:00PM and was able to pick it up the next morning around 10:00AM! Upon pickup, he offered to dispose of the large box the spoiler shipped in, which helped me out immensely. Both Stacey and Henry made the 35 minute drive to the dealership worth it. I will be returning when I'm in need of parts and when service time comes around. More
