This Sierra Acura is a rip! I live 3 blocks away from this place, so I did all my service there. There used to be a service manager named Joe, but he left. That was when the service went from excellent this place, so I did all my service there. There used to be a service manager named Joe, but he left. That was when the service went from excellent to horrible. After Joe left, then came a new service manager named Mike. The first time I went, he said I need new brakes, and i did that. The 2nd time I went, he said my engine is leaking, radiator needs to be changed, and other stuff that cost a total of $2000+ dollars. I said i don't want to fix any of that and i left with just an oil change. I went to another service dealer, but one time, my car had a dead battery, I got my car jumped and had to find the closest dealer which was Sierra. I went in and said all I needed was a battery change and I would wait there. 30 minutes later, Mike came over and said, "legally I shouldn't be able to let you drive this car because there are numerous problems". I told him all i wanted was a battery change and he started to tell me that I have to fix everything which cost about $1500. Never go there and don't listen to this guy named Mike Spurlin. I used to go to Sierra for all my services, but ever since Joe and another service manager named Ken left, that spelled disaster. All the people I know told me similar stories about Sierra. More
