I did 2 services there and both times I scheduled it online and selected to wait for the car. When I reached there, they told me I have to go and come back. They didn’t offer ride or loaner car. I got the car back after 5 hours for just oil change and inspection. Foot marks from the service advisor when she entered the car was still there when I picked up the car. They didn’t even clean it. On the invoice it said free lifetime state inspection, but they charged me for it. Even when I bought the car in 2020, there were pen ink marks on back seat caused by sales person. Manager and sales person said they will call back when detailing person comes in. It’s been 2 years and no one ever contacted me. I had to spend money myself to clean it. I am planning my next Acura in near future and I will not go back there to buy it. More
