First I set me appointment up on the AcuraLink app. I received the confirmation email and confirmation on the app. When I arrived I was told that I didn’t have an appointment. The lady that was there h I received the confirmation email and confirmation on the app. When I arrived I was told that I didn’t have an appointment. The lady that was there helped me with the situation and they took care of my car. I never received my free oil change, they said I needed a coupon which I never received when I purchased the car. This is my 7th Acura and I was never told I needed a coupon for my first free oil change. From now on I will be taking my car to Ardmore More

Great experience with Maria in the service department. The only issue I have is the policy around loaner cars. Not providing a loaner when I dripped the car off initially caused a lot of hassle for me, The only issue I have is the policy around loaner cars.
