All called to request service on my vehicle and was given an approval for the same day within 3 hours. Robin was very patient and accommodating to set me up to being my vehicle in. Turned out my car needed a replacement battery, she explained the cost and warranty information. I was up and running in under 2 hours. I also have to say that i received some bad news while waiting for my car with regards to a family member passing away. Robin came right over to check on me with tissues and it was greatly appreciated and thoughtful of her to do that. I’m please with the outstanding customer service received at the Acura Jenkintown location and will absolutely return for all my service needs. Thank you! More
