Steve was great, the car is fixed. And then I got the letter stating that there was an issue and the car needs to be updated. However, in the future it would be nice to be made to feel that I did nothing wrong. I called initially because the engine went into neutral and turned itself off at a red light. Which should not happen. I brought the car in on a Saturday and they could not figure out what was wrong. The lead mechanic wasn’t there and therefore the diagnostics couldn’t be done. But that wasn’t explained to me fully and so I was told that sometimes That happens if you drive in water or maybe rodents. WHAT????? I still have the original factory bumper to bumper warranty and take care of my car. There have not been any crazy rainstorms or flooding and I’ve lived at my house for 18 years and park my car in the same spot in the driveway and never have so had any rodents. And this is the explanation I get? I was made to feel that it could be my fault and not covered by the warranty which could mean hundreds of dollars out of my pocket. I worries all weekend only to find out (after I had to call) that the car is fine, it just needed an update. If only that was explained to me in the beginning. It seems service guys know how to scare you and make you feel that everything is your fault. Other than that Acura of Abington was fine. I’ve been using their service department for over 10 years. And they always try their best to make sure I’m taken care of. Although recently Acura has priced themselves out of my range and I can no longer afford an Acura so my time with them is limited. It’s shame because I really love my Acura. But there are no incentives or deals for me so I will be keeping my car until I can purchase a less expensive one. 😞 More

Very helpful, accommodating staff and very pleasant. Robin is so willing to do whatever she can to help with any issues and making you an appointment.
