While the sales department did an okay job, despite having a lot of junior people, the finance department was absolutely unreliable. They were not able to do a loan application or work with me to final having a lot of junior people, the finance department was absolutely unreliable. They were not able to do a loan application or work with me to finalize it, which resulted in me losing the promotional financing option from Acura financing. When I asked them to work with the bank loan, they made more mistakes in my name. Even after I pointed out the mistakes, the application to the bank was still sent with the wrong name spelling. If I had been working with a non-pre-approved loan, this would have resulted in my loan application being flagged! More than a month after I purchased the car, I still have not received the registration. The loan for the traded-in car has not yet been paid off, which means I am still having to pay for it, as well as the insurance. Acura of Abington is responding to me with promises to address the issues, but there is no evidence that they are actually doing so. The lender of the traded-in car does not confirm that Acura of Abington has ever contacted them. More
