Bait and switch on car lease deal forcing a more expensive car than what we wanted. Leased us a new car with many scratches on it and soiled cup holders. Failed to report my end of lease closure to Honda Financing and the general manager admitted to reporting the wrong VIN number to the leasing company, which led to a faulty late mark on my credit report and hurting my credit score. General manager ignored my request to contact me and assure me that my credit issues were corrected and the lease was closed out properly. Finance manager pushed gap insurance with shady tactics. The reason I rated Abington Acura 5 star was because of the service advisor Steven Snell. He went above and beyond to get my car in for service and when I was there waiting he made sure I was okay waiting the service advisor Steven Snell.
