We've been customers of Acura by Executive for a number of years, having bought and serviced several program cars there. One of the reasons we decided to purchase our new Acura MDX from Executive was that we feel their service department is excellent. After our recent new car buying experience, we are just as enthusiastic about our purchase experience. We worked with William Carmon who welcomed us in a genuinely friendly manner as we explored the different models. After we decided on a 2014 Acura MDX he guided us through the purchasing process and offered us a great price for our used Acura. Throughout, William's extensive knowledge, professionalism, and relaxed and friendly attitude made the often challenging process of purchasing a new car easy and stress-free. In addition, he spent a lot of time helping us use the sophisticated technology/navigation package that came with our car; and encouraged us to stop by any time for further instruction. The other members of the Acura team that we dealt with: John Apuzzo General Manager, and Gary Secula Financial Manager were also most helpful and personable. We highly recommend Acura by Executive for both service and sales. More
Picked up my vehicle yesterday after having it properly fixed at another dealership. I also had a new issue with the vehicle showing airbag warning lights. The dealership found that the ground wire in th fixed at another dealership. I also had a new issue with the vehicle showing airbag warning lights. The dealership found that the ground wire in the airbag / steering wheel was torn from when Acura by Executive installed the heated steering wheel on my 2014 MDX. This was fixed properly by the other local Acura dealer. Thankfully I did not have an accident, because who knows if my airbag would have deployed with this problem! This issue has been documented and I am in contact with Acura about filing a complaint against Acura by Executive for its poor quality service department. More

I contacted John Apuzzo, General Manager, about another problem I had with my MDX. He said he would not allow me to come back to the dealership because I provided a negative rating on this web page and th problem I had with my MDX. He said he would not allow me to come back to the dealership because I provided a negative rating on this web page and that he would not want another one if I came back and had more bad service. If John really knew the meaning of good customer service, he would have seen it as an opportunity to make things right with his customer and if he did, I would have provided an excellent review. I did take the MDX to another dealer, which not only addressed the new problems, but also fixed the old problems Acura by Executive refused to correct. I hope this information is helpful for others when they decide to shop for an Acura or service their vehicle. More
I was shopping for a 2014 MDX. First went to MIlford Acura and spoke to a salesperson at that location that did not appear to have much experience in the Acura product, was less than professional and ca Acura and spoke to a salesperson at that location that did not appear to have much experience in the Acura product, was less than professional and came across much to agressive for someone who clearly had little product knowledge. A friend recommended I go to North Haven, since he had a good experience here. I went and was greeted by a very professional and very polite salesperson named Bana Azhari, who immediately made me feel comfortable, but did not "charge" at me as soon as I walked in and she did not "pressure" me to purchase anything. I informed her that I was interested in the MDX and I was immediately impressed with her dept of knowledge of the vehicle. While I had already researched the car and thought I knew all about the product, I realized that she was so advanced in her product knowledge that by the time she finished decribing all the benefits of the vehicle and taking it for a test drive with me, I was already sold on her and the dealership. She, along with the GM, worked out a 36 month lease with a payment plan I could live with and I honestly couldn't be happier with the entire experience I ahd at Aruca by Executive. In fact, I will looking to Purchase or Lease a new Mazda for my 16 year old daughter soon and as a result of my experience with Ms. Azhari, I will be going to see her for this vehicle as well, as Executive also has a Mazda dealership and I will work through her for the referral. For all the aforementioned reasons, I certainly would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my frineds, family and colleagues as a result of my experience with the MDX Lease. -John Izzo / Ansonia, CT More

We had a great experience at this dealership. We came in on a Sunday. Greg Anastasio worked with us, patiently, for 2 hours and never pressured us to buy. We had our 4 month old with us. Everyone there was great with our baby and accomodated us when we had to change and feed him. Their showroom is big enough to have both tech and non-tech Acura MDX's inside which was great considering how cold it has been this year. We emailed for a quote, including trade-in they never saw. They gave us a fair price and trade in. We came in and the purchase was quick and painless. We recommend this dealership to all. More
When taking delivery of my vehicle, I immediately noticed the dealership scratched the front of the steering wheel and rear steering column. The sales manager assured me that he would order replacement part the dealership scratched the front of the steering wheel and rear steering column. The sales manager assured me that he would order replacement parts so these will be replaced and the vehicle would be back to brand new condition, since this was a brand new car purchase. Unfortunately, service only repaired these items and only replaced the steering column cover. The scratches are still present on the front and the dealership's General Manager, John Apuzzo, told me that I am stuck with the vehicle the way it is because he finds it acceptable and that there is nothing further that they can do about it. I've also had electrical problems with the vehicle and the dealership and Acura have not been able to fix the problem because Acura does not have a fix yet for when safety system warning lights come on either after electrical components are replaced or when there is cold weather. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone because of how they have treated me. They do not know the meaning of good customer service and how to hold themselves accountable for false promises made when selling a brand new vehicle. More
