I was given a fair price for my trade-in and given a very reasonable price on the new car. My salesman Manny Gonzalez answered all of our questions and responded promptly to every e-mail I sent him during the shopping & purchasing process. When the color & model of my RDX was not available Chrissy was able to locate one at another dealer and had it ready for me on the day I picked it up. After purchase my wife & I felt welcome to drop in anytime if we had questions concerning the new apps and systems in the car. Someone was always made available to assist us. More

For over a month trying to get out of a 2015 BMW that was sitting in a bunch of negative equity I was coming to the conclusion that this car would be For over a month trying to get out of a 2015 BMW that was sitting in a bunch of negative equity I was coming to the conclusion that this car would be doing nothing but ruining my life. I walked into Executive Acura of north Haven and was quickly introduced to John Brandi in sales who from the very beginning would stop at nothing to get me into a car ASAP! I explained to John and Acura that my bmw had to go and that I would like to get into something nice and new and a lease which he told me would be my best option. After being turned down from multiple credit unions on refinancing my car to dealers trying to scam me I felt so comfortable with John and Acura. They offered me a completely transparent leasing experience. Made me feel comfortable and walked me through every single step of the way to get me in my new car. John not only helped get out of my negative equity and into a brand new 2019 Acura ILX A Spec but he fixed and changed my life. Once my lease is up I’ll be on a new clean slate and onto a better financial future! The service and friendliness i experiences here was unlike any other car experience I’ve ever had. I felt like family. And I’m now in good hands. From getting the car in brand new and cleaned up ready to go down to the nitty gritty John and the team over at Acura did the best i think anyone could for me and my situation.
