I recently visited Turnersville Acura and was immediately impressed by the facility’s appearance. A salesperson, Bob Toll, approached and quickly demonstrated his knowledge of the product and was extremely h impressed by the facility’s appearance. A salesperson, Bob Toll, approached and quickly demonstrated his knowledge of the product and was extremely helpful in arranging a test drive in a TLX. Once he realized that I was very interested in a specific color and trim, he suggested that I consider a very low mileage certified version. Bob patiently explained the advantages that the CPO program offered. I was not convinced this was the route for me and told him that I needed some time. Over the course of the next few days, Bob remained in contact and patiently answered my questions and offered more advice and support. He even assisted me with visiting and test driving some competitive models at the adjacent Penske BMW store . Later that week, I had returned to the Acura dealership with my wife so she could offer her opinions. She also admired Bob’s very professional demeanor and pleasant style. We finally settled upon the Certified TLX and with further assistance from Bob we completed the deal. On the day I had selected to pick up the car, Bob had it beautifully prepped and waiting for us. After completing the financial paperwork via a very impressive all electronic process, Bob skillfully demonstrated all of the features and modern systems included in the TLX. This was the most stress free, enjoyable car buying experience that I have ever been involved with. Would recommend Bob and the entire Turnersville Acura team and their great products to all perspective customers. More
