I have been a loyal Toyota customer since 1986 and after having attended two cars shows in Philadelphia, I decided that my next car would be an Acura MDX. I am so happy that I decided to purchase my car at having attended two cars shows in Philadelphia, I decided that my next car would be an Acura MDX. I am so happy that I decided to purchase my car at Acura of Turnersville. The dealership is very professional and truly made my buying experience, which can be very stressful, an enjoyable one. From the receptionist, to the sales rep Len Rizzo and finally to Rashid Nabi, I could not be happier with my experiences there. Rashid is truly a professional and took the time to explain all of the details of my new car, the handsfree link (bluetooth), XM radio, the navigation system, type of fuel and oil...everything. After a month, I had a small accident backing out of my garage and called Rashid about it. He told me to bring the car in for an estimate and offered me a loaner. Again superb service. Through a conversation with Rashid we determined that the car was too much for me to handle and worked up some numbers to get me into an RDX. I was disappointed that I was not keeping the car that I really wanted but he made me feel so comfortable in buying the RDX. He offered me free oil changes and car washes for a year just so I would be a little happier upon leaving the dealership. I felt like Rashid was my own personal sales rep the way that he catered to my needs, fears and disappointments. His mission was to make me a "happy camper" by the time that I left the dealership and he certainly accomplished that. Acura of Turnersville is extremely lucky to have such a friendly, professional and patient sales rep like Rashid. Oh, he gave me a beautiful key chain as a gift. Wonderful!! More
I want to start out by saying I bought my first MDX here at Acura of Turnsersville in May 2007 and experienced a level of service that I had never experienced anywhere else, it was exceptional. I was 19 and nervous about making that commitment and my sales representative Dan couldn't have been more helpful. I bring my car there for service even though I live over an hour and a half away. There are several dealerships that are closer but I will never go back to them. It is well worth the drive. My service guy John Romano is amazing and Kathy Resnik at the cashier desk is a sweetheart! I never had plans to sell that car because I loved it so much and it had been amazing. However, yesterday I hit a bump in the road and after much deliberation I decided to buy a newer MDX. I was so distraught that my father had to call the dealership for me to see what my options were. Last night I came in to the dealership feeling helpless and stuck and once again I couldn't have asked for better service. Rashid Nabi is a lifesaver. Not only was he extremely helpful, he was patient and compassionate and worked out a deal that I was comfortable with. He waited for us to make the nearly two hour trip back up to the dealership and stayed with us til the very end (after 10 pm) even though I knew he had been there since that morning because I had seen him earlier in the day. I had a really rough day and he made sure that it ended on a way better note. Thank you Rashid :) Also I want to thank Cari the finance guru you rock lady you answered all my questions and were very patient with me thanks again. I couldn't speak higher of this dealership. After purchasing many cars over the years, I find my car shoping experience at Turnersville Acura the best. The next day Rashid helped me find the car I was looking for, Rashid is very Knowledgeable with no sales pressure and able to deal with buying issues. I have given a great overall rating because I had been looking for a clean, low mileage used vehicle that is good on gas. I had considered a Nissan and possibly a BMW, when I happened to see the selection looking for a clean, low mileage used vehicle that is good on gas. I had considered a Nissan and possibly a BMW, when I happened to see the selection of certified Acuras on the lot one Sunday when I stopped in and the dealership was closed. That Monday after work, I stopped at the dealership and was greeted by Rashid. He was friendly,knowledgable and not pushy. I took the very car I ended up buying for a test drive. An like a good salesman, Rashid let the car make the sale. He knew about the car and what a well built vehicle it is He answered all my questions directly, showed me the certification inspection list, what repairs had to be done and told me the few things that had to be done to the car as well as the balance of the manufacture's warranty still on the car. he financing process was great and no pressure to buy anything more than I wanted, though I did purchase an extended warranty. Now I can drive the car with virtually no worry and just perform routine maintenance [oil changes, brake pads, tires]. It had been almost 12 years since I bought my last car and was not looking forward to the experience of doing it again. I had an issue with the satellite radio service and Rashid took care of it immediately. When I returned to pick up my plates and registration, again Rashid was right on it and handled it. I would absolutely return to Turnersville Acura in the future for any new car purchases and recommend Rashid and the dealership to family and friends looking to buy a car. More
Bob Toll is the BEST at what he does. He's always there to help and to answer any questions you have. He sold me my 2010 TSX and that was the best experience I've had when it comes to buying a car. there to help and to answer any questions you have. This past Saturday, I had an appointment to bring my car for him to look at the condition of it, just to see If I could go for a better deal. Two and a half hours later, I went home in a brand new 2013 TL. I didn't think he could match my experience 3 years ago. Instead, he surpassed it!!!! More
I traded in my 2010 Acura TSX for a 2103 Acura TL lastweek at Acura of Turnersville. I had also purchased the TSX at Acura of Turnersville three years ago. I had been communicating with Rob Spackman through email regarding trading in the TSX. He was very prompt in responding to my emails and set me up with an appointment to come into the dealership to discuss a new vehicle. Rob introduced me to sales consultant, Bob Toll. Bob is great!! Very personable and friendly. He listened to exactly what I wanted, he didn't try and sway me in any particular direction. I did not feel any pressure to make a purchase as I had experienced at other dealerships in the past. Bob knew what I was comfortable paying monthly and he and Marc Mattera were able to give me exactly what I asked for. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted, at the price I asked for, not a penny more. I also worked with a woman names Dawn who helped me with all of the paperwork. Dawn was very helpful and had me in and out in minutes. All in all, my experience at this dealership was just as positive the second time around as the first. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Acura of Turnersville. More

When I stated some concerns he quickly address it or was able to find the answers for our concerns through the team that handles this entire process. My wife, my father and I felt that the experience was a good one. His customer service and friendliness with the consumer is inviting! The team that worked together to make the transaction come together was also very professional! This team consisted of Mr. Fang and Mrs. Obrien. All together , there was no stalling but rather quick response to question, negotiations and consumer attention. I appreciated this especially when it came to establishing a car loan. I stopped into this dealership with the idea of researching the TL. I only wanted to test drive and have my questions answered. I was in the market to lease a vehicle. I told him that I wanted to lease a vehicle but did not want to take delivery until my wife and I came back from vacation which would have been the second week in May. At this point Rashid told me that he was going to "knock my socks off with a deal". Of course I said to my self, right I've heard that before. Soon we were on the test track and I thought the TL was a car I was interested in, but again I was not interested until after our vacation. Now I am waiting for the back and forth that usually happens at car dealers. Rashid spoke with his manager, then invited the manager over. After a small amount of haggling the sales manager asked me what I would be comfortable with. I told him and he said done, you just leased yourself a new car. I am still numb from the experience. I have been purchasing vehicles for 45 years and have never had such a wonderful experience purchasing/leasing a vehicle. I think they have a customer for life. Thanks guys. You're the best. More
