Great dealership, stands by their word. I bought my 2005 Acura RL for a great price in February along with a service plan. I had it in for repairs and there was some confusion about what the I bought my 2005 Acura RL for a great price in February along with a service plan. I had it in for repairs and there was some confusion about what the service plan did and did not cover, however once the situation was explained, Balal offered to cover half the repair even though it technically wasn't covered by my plan. I've had it in for service a few times and I've been impressed with their efforts to actually save me money. Thanks guys! More

Exceptional Experience I walked into this "super" dealership with an extensive list of used cars that I wanted to take a look at across the multiple Penske "of Turnersville" I walked into this "super" dealership with an extensive list of used cars that I wanted to take a look at across the multiple Penske "of Turnersville" dealerships. The fact that I started on the Acura lot was a coincidence, but I couldn't be happier that I did. Jay Rubino met my son and I as we were hunting for a specific car. He was happy to find the specific one I was looking for on that lot, and brought me a clip-board so I could list all of the others. Jay proceeded to drive me across the different dealerships, finding each and every car on my list. At every stop he gave me all of the time I needed to sit in the cars, "inspect" them, and get a feel. Jay never hovered, never interjected -he let me think and do what I needed to do. I don't know if you've ever had a chance to car-shop this way but I have to tell you, it's a pleasure. As we spoke throughout the tour, Jay ended up obtaining a strong sense of my taste and what I was looking for and really helped guide me in my selection process (though he never steered me away from any of my pre-determined selections). Jay is a complete professional - he didn't once ask what my budget range was (despite 45-50 minutes of hunting and test driving cars) and he didn't ask if I had a trade until it was time to begin negotiations. I found my new vehicle and the negotiation was practical, straight-forward, and quick. I never had to deal with anyone but Jay (so no rotating cast of characters) and I never felt rushed. The particular vehicle I purchased was an "As Is" model. I noticed two minor "defects" (neither required parts) on the once-over and I was promised a "We Owe" to do the work. Ten minutes later the manager, Balal, came over and told me he had a free tech and started the work immediately. It was late in the day and the deal was done, all papers signed - but the car was still on the rack. This didn't concern me (I was told it was a four hour job), but I noticed the dealership closing around us. Balal and Jay offered me a car so they could finish the work Monday, and even offered to bring the car to me so I wouldn't have to make a trip back. This disappointed me - who wants to go through all of the work of researching, test driving, and selecting a used car and then have to drive some other car home? I didn't complain but I think both Jay and Balal sensed my annoyance. They spoke with the mechanic who explained that he wasn't going to stop working, it's not the kind of job you leave and come back to. With that understanding, Jay offered to stay late so we could take possession of the car that day. A good hour after closing, the car was finished, Jay waited with us the entire time. I know it's a big deal to get stuck at work late on Saturday, I've been there many times. I never once sensed any irritation or annoyance from the staff at Acura Turnersville - they were all total pros. If you're in the market for an Acura, make an appointment with Jay, you will not be disappointed, but even if you aren't in the Acura market, check their lot - working with this team is well worth the effort/experience and I plan to do it again. More

Andrew has always worked with me on the price for all 5 of my purchases. It's nice to deal with the same person and feel comfortable that they know what your needs are even before you say it. Jay has been my sales consultant in the last two purchases and this round I had the pleasure of meeting Lenny. Jay is a gem when talking about the updates to various Acura models and always remembers my birthday. It's nice to get his birthday emails. These guys truly work like a team and make me feel like family. They are efficient and respectful of my time especially when it comes to getting the paperwork done.
