As my first time at this particular Acura dealership, I was very impressed with my arrival to the service department. Upon entering the service drive, your vehicle’s tires are scanned by a tread depth mach was very impressed with my arrival to the service department. Upon entering the service drive, your vehicle’s tires are scanned by a tread depth machine and you can see your vehicle’s information on a screen within the drive that details your tread and other relevant information. It was a slow Saturday so it was nice and easy to get in right away with someone. My advisor was very nice and helpful in taking care of my appointment. I was made aware of what would be done for my particular service, and during my time there I was offered refreshments and a comfortable waiting area. She kindly informed me of certain things that were recommended for my vehicle while they were working on it, but I never felt pressured to add them or pay for additional things which I appreciated. Despite the wet and dreary day it was a very nice experience at this dealership to wait for my vehicle’s service. More
