I felt the explanation of what needed to be done to my car could have been explained more. I was told I needed a cabin air filter and engine air filter replaced, only to get my summary and find that my tr car could have been explained more. I scheduled an appointment to replace a stop light bulb, check the rear door handle, which is making a noise, and do an update to the computer. The appointment was at 8:07am. I waited for this service almo check the rear door handle, which is making a noise, and do an update to the computer. The appointment was at 8:07am. I waited for this service almost 3 hours, which is ridiculous. I was told the handle needed a part replaced. If I didn’t ask the advisor about the door handle, he wouldn’t have looked in the system. He said the part was ordered. To date, I have not heard anything from the service department. The door handle is still making a noise. Those are the reasons for the 3 stars. More
