And the entrance to the waiting area is around the corner and through some offices but no one ever said go this way or that way. It was like they just expect you to know where to go what to do next after handing your keys over. Very easy thing to fix just communicate with your customers. More
I went to the Service Department for a faulty Auto Idle Stop which sometimes works properly and sometimes kicks off prematurely, but my experience there was terrible. I was given a choice of appointment ti Stop which sometimes works properly and sometimes kicks off prematurely, but my experience there was terrible. I was given a choice of appointment times of 10AM or 3PM. I chose 10AM but when I arrived, I was told the appt. was for 3 PM. Rayon (last name?) said he would try to find someone to check the car. About a half hour later he told me that the mechanic test drove the car and couldn't find anything wrong. If this test drive actually occurred, why was I not with the mechanic? Rayon suggested that I take a video of the problem, but the time at which the Idle Stop fails is variable from immediately to a few seconds to 90 seconds to not at all. Furthermore, I had already told Rayon about the error messages I receive, so the video wouldn't have shown him anything he didn't already know (except perhaps that I am not crazy). It felt like I was being blown off. So here I am now with a faulty car and another 35 months on the lease and there is nothing I can do about it. More
