Great great service I just wish when they're selling the cars they give you a better outline of what you're getting into as far as the service plan goes. I thought when I was buying a car I was told my serv cars they give you a better outline of what you're getting into as far as the service plan goes. I thought when I was buying a car I was told my service plan all I have to do is drop off the car then comes I have to pay for the $30,000 miles I have to pay for alignment which should be a part of the service plan because all they're still doing is changing oil and allowing it align in the car. Service is fast & perfect, people are polite & patient. We appreciated. Just we founded the battery warranty too short but we paid high for the quality. We appreciated. Just we founded the battery warranty too short but we paid high for the quality. More
I am just disappointed with my car and the dealership as well. My car is less than three years old and I have had to take it in two times now for somewhat major things. First time was a few months ago while well. My car is less than three years old and I have had to take it in two times now for somewhat major things. First time was a few months ago while I still had warranty and now numerous buttons on my GPS panel screen don't work. If I want that fixed, it'll cost $850 for a refurbished one and when I asked why a three year old vehicle is having that type of an electric problem I am told sometimes bad cars get through the lines. Now I get my car back and its worse off than before. Before, I had to select where I was going on my phone's GPS before I plugged it in to my car because the knob for selecting things doesn't work, but at least I would have my GPS on my screen and could see where I am going. Now I get my car back and because they had to take my GPS panel off, my phone is no longer recognized by my car and is not connected. I now have a blue menu screen on my main screen and since I cannot move the knob and select anything, and I am stuck with a fairly new vehicle that is stuck on a menu screen that I have to pay almost $1,000 for a remanufactured, not new, electronic module. I paid the $180 diagnostics fee to be worse off than I began with. I am disappointed in the dealership too. I always feel undervalued everytime I am there. I went and dropped my car off and waited for 20 minutes before I decided to go talk to Ron. I walked into his office and reminded him of our conversation the day before about me needing a rental car and asked him if I just needed to go over there and speak to them or what I needed to do. He told me he hadn't even gotten my paperwork yet and asked if I had just gotten here. I said no, I've been here for 20 minutes already. He kept looking down at his computer and just said, ill get your paperwork and be with you shortly. Two minutes later I am being seen. 20 minutes went by and my "paper" just needed to be picked up. I wonder how long I would be sitting and waiting I hadn't spoken up. The last thing I do not like is that when I pulled up and dropped my car off. I turned the vehicle off. I watched someone get in my vehicle and move it forward about 10 feet a couple minutes after that. My car sat running idle for almost 40 minutes before I went and turned the car off myself. This is so unnecessary for staff to leave a car idling for this long. Lastly, the girls in the cashier area always seem to be the least educated and have the biggest lacking in customer service skills. Each time I have been here, they have a lot more important conversations going on about their personal lives than talking with a customer. They are also new people everytime so I guess it's hard to find quality candidates. In the end, I am feeling more and more disappointed that I bought an Acura. It was my first time going for a luxury car. My wife got a lexus and I spend most of my time wishing I would have gone with them. More
