Upon arrival I asked for clarification on recommend services and the gentleman I had an appointment with, Lucas Perez, respond with a great deal of attitude. The service took 2.5 hours for just an oil services and the gentleman I had an appointment with, Lucas Perez, respond with a great deal of attitude. The service took 2.5 hours for just an oil change (without them even washing my car) despite me having an appointment and my service member telling me it would 1-1.5 hrs. Not once did he come give me an update or check in. Upon completion he didnt show me where I could find my car just told me it was done and left. Zero direction, feedback, thank you for your business, nothing. I saw many other service techs come check with their clients several times and in fact many of them came to me to ask if i needed anything. Unfortunately my service tech lacked that level of customer service. For that reason I will not be returning to this dealership for future services on my vehicle. More
