I just acquired my 7th Honda/Acura vehicle - the 4th from this dealership. I've always had extremely positive dealings with everyone there from Kelsey Brown in sales to Charles Watson in finance and especia this dealership. I recently had probably the most positive experience I have ever had in purchasing a car from any dealership. I initially made contact with the dealership through their website and was contacted by the have ever had in purchasing a car from any dealership. I initially made contact with the dealership through their website and was contacted by the Internet Sales Manager, Rocko Cook. I was initially provided information about the model I was interested in, the RDX AWD Turbo, and arranged for a time to come in for a test drive. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Rocko who introduced me to Chad Hansen, a Sales Consultant. Chad escorted me to an RDX so we could test drive it. However, before our test drive commenced, Chad made sure I was aware of ALL the features that were standard on the RDX Turbo. Which just seemed to blow me away as there were so many. It was very apparent that Chad was completely knowledgeable about his product as well as made a great impression that most of the features were standard on the RDX. I have had the experience with other dealerships in my search for a new car where sales associates were not always aware of all their features and/or how to utilize them. Upon completion of the test drive, I was convinced that the RDX AWD Turbo would be the car for me. Throughout the negotiation process, I had informed Rocko and Chad exactly the range I was trying to maintain. I actually was overwhelmed with how they listened to my needs and never once did I feel pressured to purchase the car. Upon delivery of the car, Chad must have spent about 1.5 hours just helping me to educate me on all the features again as well as set up many of the features. This again was extremely helpful, because not being a tech savvy person, Chad's time and knowledge were completely appreciated. It was apparent that Chad wanted to make sure that I got the most use out of the car from the start, so his dedication to me as his customer was greatly appreciated. Furthermore, a week after my purchase, Chad called just check to see how everything was working out for me with the car and if I had any additional questions. Never have I ever received this kind of service, attention to detail and just an overwhelmingly positive, all around experience from a dealership. I personally thank Chad and Rocko for all their help! More
Doug is highly professional, organized, and extremely helpful. I have been driving (and getting repaired) autos for 54 years. He is the best I have ever dealt with. The entire dealership is excellent (Lynn Wright runs a great shop) but the man I deal with, Doug, will insure that this is where I will buy my next car. I have never met Roger Penske but excellence starts at the top. Some dealers don't employ individuals who seek excellence. Roger seems to. And Lynn, Doug and the rest of the crew all represent the best in automotive service. I can't recommend them highly enough. More
I previously owned the Acura MDX, I had a 4yr lease on this vehicle and loved every minute of it. Iv owned two Mercedes in the past and this vehicle surpassed Mercedes by leaps nad bounds. I recently downsized to Toyota Rav 4, However after a year I couldnt take it anymore. I was looking at the RDX but decided I didn't need thet type of vehicle anymore and test drove the TSX and fell in love. I am a very techy person and this vehicle has about all the tech I can handel. The sales person and sales manager were great to deal with. I had contacted one other Acura dealer and a Mercedes dealer but this dealership with there great personel beat all of them hands down. I doubt ill ever leave Acura again. More

Vern let us look around and did not attack us just when we arrived like other dealers do. Took us us for a test drive, BEFORE making any sales pitch. When I asked him for his best number, there was no gimmickry like "make me an offer and I willsee if my manager accpets it He made a good fair offer, told us the dealer options (minimal) they add to all cars. Also did not try to trick us by incorporating the rebate into the price. After we settled on a good price, then he took off the rebate. Woody did not try to sell us anything. Just explained the extended warranty and cost, and told us we qualify for the 09% finance. Not pushy at all. just a very pleasant buying experience without all the hassle. More
