The salesperson and the manager were quite friendly. The salesperson was very knowledgable about the car. The salesperson said that if I became a customer; he would give me his cell number and could call h salesperson was very knowledgable about the car. I was skeptical about this; but during the process, her received a call from a customer inquiring about the a car she had bought. And after the sale, he did in fact give me his cell number and encouraged me to call him anytime. I was reluctant to hand my keys over when I said I would consider trading in my car. But they said I could have the keys back whenever I wanted. And when I was ready to leave, they didn't pressure me to stay. This was surprising, as some of my dealership experiences have been very different in that the other dealerships were extremely pushy. But not the case with this dealership. The dealership was not able to give me a trade in value that I was acceptable; but, they manager wasn't pushy or try to be argumentative in negotiation. It was just matter of fact, they could not/would not give me what I wanted, and were merely upfront about it so I could make a decision and neither of us waste our time. I ended up taking a couple of nights to think about it and I called them back with a non trade in offer; which they accepted. They had the car ready when I got there; had a full take of gas, just had it cleaned and was waiting in the shade (which is a big deal in summer in Phoenix!). The Finance guy did offer extended warranty and other add-on sales; but wasn't pushy about them either. When I said 'no I wasn't interested' to something, he accepted it and moved on. That was appreciated. I did buy an extended warranty but it wasn't because he was pushy---I thought they offered a good price and it gave me some piece of mind knowing the car was warrantied for a long time. I recommend this dealership; or at least the people I dealt without hesitation. More

And by the time I reach the finance department it was fast, friendly and very honest, thanks Charles! I always fear going into a car dealership due to the usual tactics that go on. I can honestly say that Brian Edwards was by far and away the best person i have ever dealt with. Brian is a warm, knowledgeable, professional sales person with a low key approach that instills confidence to the perspective buyer. Tony Rubbo makes himself totally available to the buyer to ensure that every question is answered and every possible discount is offered. Once the deal was agreed upon we moved on to work with Charles Watson. Charles also has a wonderful personality and makes the paperwork understandable and efficient. Charles also is very knowledgable and professional about value-added packages to round out your car purchase. When we came to pick up our car Brian gave us a very thorough tutorial on all the features of the car. We would definitely recommend Acura of North Scottsdale and Brian in particular to anyone we know who is interested in purchasing an Acura product. More
